Attorney-at-law, graduate of the University of Wrocław, the American Law Program jointly organized by the University of Wrocław and Chicago-Kent College of Law, as well as postgraduate studies at the Corporate Academy conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics.

Author and co-author of publications in the field of commercial company law. She specializes in corporate law, including public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), and advises commercial law companies on corporate matters at all stages of their operation.

She advises on mergers, divisions, and transformations of companies, as well as on optimization transactions. She also specializes in real estate law, in particular in the area of development and commercial investments.

She has extensive experience in investment transactions, including share deals, asset deals, PE/VC transactions, IPOs and SPOs, as well as bond issuances. She provides legal services in English and German.
