From 2014 to 2019, she studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has extensive experience in corporate services for commercial law companies, gained in law firms in Wrocław.

She advises domestic and international clients in the areas of company law, commercial law, and compliance.

As part of her specialization, she supports clients in matters related to the establishment, management, and reorganization of companies. She advises commercial law entities at the contractual level, providing assistance in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements. She has led projects involving company due diligence, divisions, transformations, liquidations, the creation of capital structures for transaction purposes, as well as investment advisory services.

She also has experience in compliance, in particular in the areas of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, as well as combating unfair competition. She provides comprehensive support in the preparation and implementation of internal compliance procedures, especially in the areas of AML/KYC and whistleblowing, as well as conducting training sessions for management and employees.

She is the author of numerous publications on compliance and anti-money laundering.

She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
