Advocate with over ten years of experience in providing ongoing legal services to business entities, specializing in corporate law, commercial company law, and contract law. Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.

In recent years, she managed the legal department of a capital group, where she was responsible for regulatory compliance oversight, legal risk mitigation, and legal support for key business initiatives. She participated in M&A transactions and supported numerous transactional projects. Her competencies include civil law, corporate law, financial instruments law, and contract law.
