Our practice focuses on all entities operating in the world of sports, from individual athletes and sports clubs to sports associations and national sports federations. In our cooperation with athletes, we place particular emphasis on support in disciplinary and anti-doping proceedings. Furthermore, we provide advisory services regarding contracts (agreements with sports clubs, transfer agreements, or sponsorship deals). We have extensive experience in representing clients before sports institutions such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and the governing bodies of both Polish and international sports federations. In our cooperation with sports clubs and associations – we provide advisory services in reviewing, drafting, and updating internal club and association documents, including resolutions, statutes, disciplinary regulations, and competition rules, aligning them with current good governance standards. Our law firm is the only one in Poland with such extensive experience in anti-doping regulations.
